Ever since we reopened in May 2020, our aim has been to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.

We have reviewed all of our procedures in order to keep everyone safe and ensure peace of mind for all.

We have implemented internal protocols in line with the requirements and orders issued by the government and we are constantly updating them to keep in line with the guidelines to ensure you have a safe stay.

We seek to maintain social distancing at all times and ask for your cooperation to comply with the rules.

Communal Areas and Reception: at the entrance and on all floors close to the lift, there are hand sanitiser dispensers so that people can quickly and conveniently sanitise their hands; in addition, all objects which are touched frequently are disinfected several times a day, such as door and window handles, door knobs and switches.

Safety in your room: all rooms are sanitised and disinfected before guests arrive. Particular attention is paid to remote controls, switches, the minibar, safe deposit box keypad, door and window handles, wardrobes and showers. Bed linen and towels are washed using the laundry procedures required by the law, in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The cleaning staff always wear PPE.

Check-In: we ask all guests to notify us of their check-in time a few days in advance so we can plan our front desk and speed up the check-in process. Room keys are to be retained by the guest for the whole of their stay. This helps to minimise contact and the chance of gatherings.

Breakfast room: we wish to let you know of a few little changes to our breakfast service to ensure compliance with the new safety regulations and to ensure you start the day in the right way.
Tables will be allocated as follows: when you get to the breakfast room, please wait for a member of staff who will guide you to your table.
Members of the same family and people who are sharing the same room may share the same table.
Guests from different bedrooms will not be able to share the same table.
The buffet is not accessible to guests, staff will provide table service according to your choices from the menu. We have put cleaning measures in place to ensure that everything is as clean as possible.

Our staff have been trained and provided with PPE and constantly monitor compliance with the procedures.

And your cooperation is crucial to ensure a safe breakfast experience: before entering the breakfast room, please use the safety equipment and the disinfectant. Maintain a safe distance of at least 1 metre from other people and avoid physical contact.
